Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell natural or lab-grown diamonds?
Both. Every product is clearly identified as natural or lab-grown so there is no ambiguity about origin.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same crystal structure and optical properties as mined diamonds. The difference is origin: they are created in a controlled laboratory environment rather than formed in the earth.
What is the practical difference between lab-grown and natural?
Natural diamonds are chosen for natural origin and rarity. Lab-grown diamonds generally give you more size or specification for the same budget. We present both without pretending they are the same origin.
Why do you favour finished jewellery?
For studs, pendants, tennis bracelets and similar pieces, sourcing a complete finished or specialist made-to-order item often gives better stone matching, setting consistency, quality control and efficiency than assembling every piece from separate components. We use custom local work when it adds a clear benefit.
What does “ct TW” mean?
Carat total weight is the combined weight of all diamonds in a piece. For stud earrings it refers to both earrings together. For a tennis bracelet it refers to all diamonds in the bracelet.
Can I choose colour and clarity grades?
We simplify the choice by offering a defined visual standard rather than a long list of technical combinations. Exact minimum grades, ranges and tolerances are stated only after they are confirmed for the approved supplier product.
Will my jewellery include a certificate?
Documentation depends on the product and diamond size. Any grading report, authenticity document or hallmark included with a piece is stated clearly on its product page before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery estimates are shown only after ready-stock or made-to-order availability and insured shipping terms are confirmed. We do not promise a dispatch time that has not been verified.
Can I return an order?
Return conditions, permitted exclusions and time limits are published before checkout is enabled and follow the applicable consumer rules for the sale.
Why are there only a few designs?
The collection is intentionally focused: proven formats, clear size choices and fewer unnecessary decisions. The goal is to make buying diamond jewellery easier, not to create an endless catalogue.
